What is a Loan Management Fee?

The professional team at Berg Financial Services have many years of experience in the Finance Industry and are specialists at negotiating a wide variety of loans with many different lenders.

In order for us to act on your behalf we charge a Loan Management Fee, which is 1% of the amount financed and can be included within the finance package that we arrange.

This Loan Management Fee is only payable if you agree to proceed with the finance package that Berg Financial Services has negotiated on your behalf. This is a One Off Fee and covers the life of the loan.

Should Berg Financial Services be unsuccessful in obtaining finance, or should you decide not to accept the proposal, then absolutely no fee is payable.
